Description:
Construction of a steel structure measuring 99 m x 25 m x 11 m (h), complete with an internal mezzanine of 1,260 m² and two levels of walkways totaling 350 m².
The structure is clad externally with rock wool insulation panels.
A 145 m long connecting bridge is also planned, with a clear passageway section of 5 m x 5 m, also clad in rock wool panels.
The project also includes the cladding of a self-supporting warehouse with rock wool panels measuring 123 m x 50 m x 30 m (h).
The facility includes the installation of a rainwater collection system equipped with a siphon system.
