Our history
The history of CMC Strutture dates back to 1987, when Osvaldo Mena's passion for metalworking and entrepreneurial spirit were reinvigorated through his son, Fabio, who, along with Giuliano Zani, established the company. Brought together by complementary skills and a shared vision, Fabio and Giuliano founded the first plant in Cologne Bresciano, where initial blacksmithing and light carpentry work laid the groundwork for a project poised for growth.
In the early years, Giuliano and Fabio worked side by side in production, sharing each step of the process. Over time, however, their roles became more defined, with each finding their calling within the company. Giuliano took on the role of production manager, while Fabio enthusiastically led the technical-commercial area, working to expand the company’s reach and win new clients.
The growth journey continued with the arrival of structural engineer Sara Mena of Studio McP, who enriched CMC Strutture with advanced technical expertise, implementing structured and cutting-edge design processes. At the same time, the company invested in the development of its strategic and operational sectors, expanding the technical team, hiring skilled and trained welders, and competent installers to ensure ever-increasing quality.
Today, the story of CMC Strutture continues with the new generation: Deborah Mena and Sergio Mena proudly carry on the work begun by their parents. It’s a journey that blends tradition and innovation, with a constant eye on the future. CMC Strutture is the result of passion, experience, and family vision, looking forward, ready to write new chapters.
